Are employee limits per company or in total?
They are totals across the companies in each plan: 30 in Free, 50 in Business, 100 in Practice and 200 in Accountant. Free also has a maximum of 10 per company.
Do features change between plans?
Every plan includes the app’s features. The number of included companies and active employees changes; each person’s access depends on their permissions.
What counts toward the Free limit?
Includes up to 3 companies per owner across their free workspaces, with a maximum of 10 active employees per company and 30 in total. Companies you join by invitation count toward their owner’s allowance.
How do I get a paid plan?
Choose a plan and send us a request. We will coordinate subscription and activation with you. Custom services and Employer of Record are quoted separately.
Is there an annual payment discount?
Yes. Pay for 12 months upfront and receive a 10% discount compared with monthly payments. The monthly price shown is an equivalent only; the amount due is the full annual total plus VAT. Capacity and features remain the same.
Do calculators require a plan?
No. All public calculators are free and you can use them without an account.
