Share your link
Your account shows your link and your code. Send it to whoever runs payroll at a company: by WhatsApp, email or in person.

Your contact signs up and tries it for 30 days
Once they open your link, the referral is saved for 90 days. They create a free account and can try Business or Accountant for 30 days, no card needed.

They subscribe and pay their first month
They choose Business, Practice or Accountant and pay their first month. Each workspace they subscribe counts as one referral.

Their next month is free
The invoice after their first payment is $0. On an annual plan, the free month is discounted in the same payment.

You earn when they pay their second month
When they pay their next month, your reward is confirmed and taken off your upcoming invoices. On an annual plan it is confirmed 30 days after payment.
How much you earn
You earn, as a discount in net Chilean pesos, the monthly price of the plan your referral subscribes to, capped at one month of your own plan. It comes off your upcoming invoices.

- Net amounts, before VAT. If your referral pays annually, you earn one twelfth of their annual payment: for example, $22.491 for an annual Business plan.
- If you do not pay for a plan yet, your reward is kept for up to 12 months until you subscribe (applied up to one month of that plan), or you can give it to the company you referred.
- You can refer as many companies as you like. Over any 12 months, your earnings add up to at most 12 months of your plan.

Your account stays yours
The account belongs to you, not the company. When you move, you keep your access, your link and anything you have earned.
Use your personal email
If you sign in with a company email, you lose it when you leave. With a personal email your account goes with you from job to job.
Share your link with whoever sets up the account
Send it to the person who will run payroll at your new company. When they subscribe, their second month is free.
Give them your reward
If you do not have a paying workspace of your own, you can give your reward to the company you referred: it comes off their invoices.
Frequently asked questions
When is my reward confirmed?
If your referral pays monthly, when they pay their second month with an amount, the one after their free month. If they pay annually, 30 days after their payment. In both cases, as long as those payments were not refunded or disputed.
What happens if my referral cancels?
If they cancel, ask for a refund or dispute the payment before your reward is confirmed, there is no reward. Once confirmed, the reward stays even if they leave Iberoteam later, unless it is voided for breaking the program terms.
Can I use my own link?
No. Referring yourself, accounts created for that purpose or workspaces you already belong to does not count. If your company does not pay yet, you can simply subscribe.
What if my contact already had an account?
It counts if they have never paid for a plan. Opening your link while signed in lets them accept the referral, or they can enter your code in Plans and billing. If they already have another referral, the first one counts.
Does it expire?
Your link keeps the referral for 90 days from the click. Your contact has 12 months from the referral to make their first payment. Each reward expires 12 months after it is earned, and we email you before it does.
Is it paid in cash?
No. The reward is a discount on Iberoteam invoices. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, except by giving it to the company you referred.
What does the person who referred me see?
Only your masked email (for example, c•••@company.com), the referral date and its status. Never your company name, your plan, amounts or the data you keep in Iberoteam.
Is there a cap?
Each referral earns you at most one month of your plan. Over any 12 months, at most 12 months of your plan ($1.199.880 if you do not have one yet). There is no limit on how many companies you can refer.
I lost my work email. Do I lose what I earned?
Your account and your rewards are yours. If you can no longer sign in with your former company email, write to hola@ibero.team: we will verify your identity and help you continue with a personal email.
Referral program terms
Version of November 2, 2026. This is a translation; the Spanish version governs in case of any difference.
1. Organizer
Iberocapital SpA, tax ID 78.032.602-6, which operates the Iberoteam brand in Chile ("Iberoteam"), runs the Referral Program ("the Program"). Taking part means accepting these terms, together with the Iberoteam Terms and conditions and Privacy policy.
2. Participants
Anyone with an active Iberoteam account can refer ("the referrer"). Each account has a personal code and link, which can be customized once.
Any account that has never paid for an Iberoteam plan can be referred ("the referral").
3. How a referral is attributed
When a referral link is opened, the browser stores the code and the click date for 90 days. The referral is attached to the account when it signs up, when it accepts it in the app or when it enters the code in Plans and billing, always before its first payment.
The first referral attached to the account counts. Once set it cannot be changed; only the Iberoteam team can correct it, with a stated reason, before the first payment.
If the referral does not make its first payment within 12 months of the referral, it no longer earns benefits.
4. What counts as a referral
Each workspace owned by the referred account that subscribes to the Business, Practice or Accountant plan and pays Iberoteam counts. Each workspace counts only once.
The Free plan, trials, the demo and complimentary plans do not count.
5. Referral's benefit
On a monthly plan, after paying its first month, the workspace's next invoice is $0, once.
On an annual plan, one equivalent month is discounted in the same annual payment.
6. Referrer's reward
For each confirmed referral, the referrer earns a discount in net Chilean pesos equal to the monthly price of the referral's plan; on an annual plan, its annual payment divided by twelve.
The discount is capped at the monthly price of the plan of the workspace where it is used. Over any 12 months, earnings cannot exceed 12 months of the referrer's plan ($1.199.880 without a paid plan); any excess is recorded but not applied.
7. Confirmation
The reward is confirmed, on a monthly plan, when the referral pays its second invoice with an amount; on an annual plan, 30 days after payment. In both cases, as long as those payments were not refunded or disputed.
8. Application
The reward comes off the invoices of the referrer's own workspace chosen as beneficiary, starting with the invoice after that workspace's first full payment.
A referrer without a paying workspace of their own can give the reward to the company they referred, to be taken off its invoices.
9. Expiry
Each reward expires 12 months after it is confirmed if it has not been applied. Iberoteam sends an email before it expires.
10. Prohibited practices
Referring yourself, directly or through accounts created for that purpose, or referring workspaces the referrer already belongs to or that belong to the same company, is not allowed.
Posting the link or code on coupon or deal sites, or using the Iberoteam brand, its variants or misspellings in paid ads, including brand searches, is not allowed.
Sending unsolicited bulk messages or presenting yourself as Iberoteam or part of its team is not allowed either.
11. Review and voiding
Iberoteam may review any referral or conversion and void it, or disable a code, when there are signs of fraud or of a breach of these terms. The decision is made with a stated reason, which is shared with the referrer.
12. Changes and termination
Iberoteam may change or end the Program by publishing the change on this page. Changes apply from publication and do not affect rewards already earned, which are honored until they expire, or the benefit of referrals who already subscribed.
13. No cash value
Program benefits are discounts on Iberoteam services. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties, except for the gift to the referred company provided for in these terms.
14. Personal data
Program data is processed under the Iberoteam Privacy policy. Referrers only see a masked email, the referral date and its status for each of their referrals.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Chilean law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that apply and to the courts with jurisdiction under the law. Questions: hola@ibero.team.
